I believe God's Name is great. It has been great in ancient times. It WILL BE GREAT again in the future! This site and our YouTube channel (ReturntoYehovah) are both done with that in mind. The Name of the God of the Bible needs to be known, proclaimed and sanctified.
Are you one of
those people who thinks it really doesn’t matter what we call God? He is big enough to handle that we call him
by titles instead of His Name, right? I
don’t see it that way. There are way too
many places Yehovah has had His name written into our Bibles. It seems that it
is important to Him. Very important.
Of course, you
have the right to your own opinion. This is mine. Maybe when you hear (read) it you’ll agree.
After this search
in just the book of Ezekiel, see how many times God says, “Ye shall know that I am YEHOVAH.”
Once or twice we
could ignore. How about 63 times? Let’s take a look:
I don't expect you to read every one of them, but if you did, you would get a picture of what God is saying. If you only saw how many times he said "You, ye, they or the heathen shall know that I am YEHOVAH", you could see this is a big deal to God. We may not understand it, but that shows our lack of understanding for the God we love and serve.

savor to all their idols.

Keep in mind, the Name of God has been blasphemed daily by someone somewhere. God's people don't know His Name. Many don't care. What an insult to Him. If it wasn't important, why did He do all this? He wants to world to know who He is. He is the God who sent Yeshua (Jesus) to die for our sins. Yeshua calls Him Father and worshipped Him and still does. Yeshua our Messiah wants the Name of God to be great! That is why He did what he did here on earth.
